Coffee Review: Bali Blue

The Bali Blue flavor, by description, is a Medium-Dark roast, with tasting profiles of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar.

This is a good description, as it is mild, dark, and there is a noticeable, natural sweetness. This coffee is good for every day and doesn't need much external flavor.

If pairing with cigars, it would go well with a Maduro, or other dark cigar that carries chocolate notes, and if you want to "spike" your coffee, something like a rum or a sweeter bourbon would go well with it.
